My Swimmers!!!

Sunday night - August 18th we went to the pool as a family.  It wasn't very crowded and the girls have been working on their swimming.  It isn't the prettiest stroke, but they swim.  We took them into a lap lane.  Both girls we are able to swim 25 meters without stopping!  Yea!!

Then today we went back to the pool for more family fun (sad the pool closes in a couple of weeks and it is still HOT).  Anyway, I asked the girls if they wanted to go off the diving board.  Allie walked out to the end and then got off.  Maddie showed her how to do it!  She jumped right off!  So proud of my little girl.  Allie took the walk at least once or twice more but didn't jump.  She did jump off the side of the pool.  Maddie jumped off the diving board probably a half dozen times.  Brave girl!  (no pictures since we didn't even have our phones with us - we were having family time, remember?)
