We definitely used several modes of transportation on our trip. One of the favorites was our train ride. We had seen the train on our second day in Fox Lake. We used our last morning to take a short ride. We rode 8 minutes from Edgebrook to Golf.
The station in Golf was super quaint and there was a park within a block of the station. That was perfect for the 30 minutes we had before we caught the train back to Edgebrook.

After arriving back in Edgebrook, we drove to Grandma June's house and checked out all the beautiful flowers in her garden.
The girls also took one last stair climb. (interesting to note was that at Grammie's house the girls climbed the stairs a dozen times (at least) a day -but we were still spotting so we didn't get any pictures).
