We enjoyed a wonderful day celebrating Jesus' birthday! On Christmas Eve we got all dressed up and went to the candle light service at Houston's First Baptist Church. The girls did fantastic and enjoyed looking at all the people. We opted not to light our candles, but chewed on them instead. : )
On Christmas morning we enjoyed a few gifts and playing as a family. Then we headed over to Poppi and Nana's (Kevin's parents) and had a great time with Uncle Keith, Aunt Brandi, Davis, and Derek. Then girls slept through most of it. They did get to join us in singing Happy Birthday Jesus!
It was such a special time. Completely different from any other Christmas. I know next year will be different too, as the girls will know what gifts are!
