We had a beautiful Easter and really enjoyed time as a family. Once again I had a difficult time narrowing pictures from the 300 plus we took on Sunday alone; that is the wonderful thing and the curse of digital pictures.
We started the morning at the eight o'clock service at Church. The girls sat with us and especially enjoyed saying "He has Risen indeed". Not sure how much they understood of it, although we did spend the last two weeks reading scripture and opening Resurrection eggs on a nightly basis.
We came home and spend some time enjoying the beautiful morning. With all the rain this spring, everything is so green and in bloom. Here are our sweet Allie and Maddie.

We spent some time inside looking for empty eggs in side. They are still so easy to please at this age. Then the girls had a few Easter treats, lunch, nap, and off to Nana and Poppi's. Nana made a bunny cake. Yum!
It was a beautiful afternoon and a perfect opportunity for Poppi and Nana with their Grandkids. Poppi with Maddie, Nana with Allie and Davis and Derek (left to right) in front.

What a lovely Easter! The girls look so grown up, and they are so sweet. I especially love the one of them holding hands walking, and the family pic!
