It was a beautiful Friday morning. The sun was shining and streaming in the windows. Allison and Madeline crawled over to the windowsill to look outside. They love getting up on their knees to get a better view. They looked so sweet and big, I couldn't help but snap a few pictures. Then they started banging this hands on the windowsill too. They love to make noise.
It was such a leisurely morning. We even had a few minutes to hang out with Dad before he left for work.
Next thing I knew I heard crying. I went over to pick Allison up and her eye was already swollen and turning blue. Her first black eye. Most would have guessed it would have been Madeline before Allison. Not this time.
This picture is five days later. Her eye is still black and blue with a little green. She is happy as ever; reading her books.
